Is it private?
Yes. The whole space is yours, for up to 4 people.
What do I bring?
Swimwear, a towel and water. There's a shower on site.
How do I use it?
Sauna, short cold dip, rest, repeat. Start gently and get out whenever you need to.
Is it safe for everyone?
Not always. If you're pregnant or have a heart, blood pressure or other medical condition, check with your GP first. No alcohol before your session.
Can I add a massage?
